Part Time
SHELTER ATTENDANT
Answers telephones, dispatches and operates radio for animal control; files and performs data entry functions, assists citizens and visitors to shelter. Performs basic animal care, shelter maintenance, and housekeeping tasks; assists with handling and processing impounded animals; assists with euthanasia of animals; runs errands using City vehicle; assists with or performs other shelter operations tasks as directed.



Seasonal
LIFEGUARD
Enforces safety rules & regulations to assure proper health & welfare of patrons; maintains good public relations; reports all questionable safety & potential disciplinary situations to pool management. Enters pool to rescue individuals & provides aid as necessary.



Trades
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Streets
Operate and maintain light to medium construction equipment typically used in the maintenance of street and drainage systems
PLANT OPERATOR - WTP
Operates & maintains 20-million gallon/day surface water treatment facility, treated water pumping, storage, metering facilities, & raw water intake. Performs various lab tests & analysis for effective operation of facility & distribution system. Provides after-hours and weekend emergency response for customer service.
