Texas Night Out against crime!

Lewisville residents are encouraged to turn on their porch lights and gather with their neighbors to show unity against crime. The purpose of National Night Out is to build strong partnerships between the police and communities as well as promote crime Watch.
Along with the traditional, keeping your porch lights on, some neighborhoods plan events such as: Block parties, cookouts, parades, flashlight walks, and various contest.
National Night Out has been proven to be an effective, inexpensive and enjoyable program to promote neighborhood spirit and police community partnership in our fight for a safer city.
